Terms of sale and website use
These terms cover workshop and competition tickets, merch and anything else you buy on this website, and your use of the site.
This website is run by Kapcorp Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 72 692 336 271), trading as Rev Barbell Club, 5/146 Balcatta Road, Balcatta WA 6021, ant@revbbc.com.au.
Memberships aren't covered here. They have their own membership agreement, which you read and sign in the Rev app when you join.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms takes away those rights. Where a service has a major failure, or goods are faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- You pay by card on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your card number.
- Your order is confirmed when payment goes through. You'll get an email with your order number.
- We hold your spot or item for about 30 minutes while you pay. If payment isn't finished, it's released.
Workshops and competitions
- Spots are limited. Each course has a set number of places, shown on the ticket.
- Change of mind: we can't refund a ticket because you changed your mind or can't make it. You can pass your ticket to someone else: email us their name before the day.
- Injured? If an injury stops you attending and you have a letter from a physio, we'll move your ticket to a later course.
- If we cancel or move a session, you choose a full refund or a spot on the new date.
- Bundle tickets (for example, all three short courses) are priced as a set. Missing one session doesn't give a part refund, but you can send someone in your place.
- Waiver: everyone who trains signs our waiver first. If you don't have one with us, we'll ask you to sign it when you arrive.
- Under 18s: a parent or guardian needs to buy the ticket and sign the waiver.
- Bring: training clothes, flat shoes or lifting shoes, and water. Arrive 10 minutes early.
Merch
- Pick up only. We don't post. Collect from the front desk at 5/146 Balcatta Road, Balcatta. We'll email you when your order is ready.
- Please collect within 30 days of that email. If you can't, let us know and we'll hold it.
- Wrong size? Swap it within 14 days, unworn and with tags on, if we have your size in stock.
- Faulty items are replaced or refunded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. To ask for one, email ant@revbbc.com.au with your order number.
Using this website
- The text, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to Rev Barbell Club or the people who made them. Please don't copy them without asking.
- We work to keep timetables, prices and dates up to date, but they can change. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before going ahead with your order.
- Training information on this site is general and isn't a substitute for coaching or medical advice.
- Links to other websites are for your convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
Our liability
Outside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using this website or buying from it. Training itself is covered by our waiver.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order.
