At The Rev Barbell Club, we offer regular workshops to bring weightlifting to everyone interested in the sport. Our regular short course allows participants to come and spend half a day focusing on either The Snatch, Clean and Jerk. Our full day fundamentals course goes through all lifts in one day.

We also offer coaching courses for those wishing to become competent in coaching the lifts.

Our workshops typically sell out very quickly, make sure you book quickly to ensure your place.
