Chris grew up playing soccer at a semi-professional level through his youth. Once finished he found the gym in the form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. While training and competing in BJJ he started Crossfit to strength and compliment his BJJ training.

It was there he found the barbell and the love for weightlifting began. Fast forward to now and Chris has achieved his black belt in BJJ and for weightlifting now has multiple state titles and a second-place podium finish in the Australian National Championships.

For general strength clients, Chris uses a functional style training to build a solid base for each client. For weightlifting clients, Chrisโ€™ focus is creating a strong technical foundation. Both while having a good laugh at the same time.
